AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE :MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO
EXPEND CERTAIN SUNS NOW VELD BY THE CITY TREASURER FOR THE
PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING RITHTS -OF -WAY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE ARCH STREET OVERPASS AND OF THE ASHER AVENUE VIADUCT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1.Whereaus the City treasurer now holds certain fundff
acquired by him for the purpose of acquiring rights-of-way
needed for the construction of the Arch Street Overpass; and
of the Asher Avenue Viaduct,

Now Therefore The City Treasurer and The Mayor are

hereby authorized to upend said funds so held by the City
Treasurer as in their discretion they may deem it necessary
and desirable fot the purposes of acquiring vaxious rights-of-
way necessary in the construction of the Arch Street Overpasa
and of the Asher Avenue Viaduct.
Section ?. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
