AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO EDITH H. CRAWFORD,
DOING BUSINESS AS CASH OIL COM1DANY0 TO 1-Un A CERTAIN
CURB CLTT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FOURTH AND BROADWAY
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Edith H. Crawford, doing business as Cash Oil
Company, is hereby granted permission to make a certain curb out
on Nest Fourth Street, near Proadway Street, the same being Lot
Six (6), Block One Hundred Three (103) of the City of Little Rock,
,Arkansas, known as 323 Broadway Street, as follows:
Beginning at a point of the curb Fifty - -eight (58)
feet East of the Northeast corner of.the intersect n
of Fourth and Broadway Streets; thence running Easq on
Nest Fourth Street Fifty -three (53) feet; said out being
adjacent to the property line of Lot Six (6), Block One
Hundred Three (103) of the City of Little Rock;
said curb cut to serve as a gasoline filling station situated at
said location.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances, insofar as
they are in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed, and this ord-
inance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
and approval.
