AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCKS AND TRACTORS FROM USING
THE ROADS IN FAIR PARK; FIXING A PINALTY FOR THE VIOLATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK 9 ARKANSAS:
ON 1. Fro& and after the passage of this Ordinance, it shall be
unlawful for any person, lira or corporation to drive or cause to be driven
trUok wbothey loaded or unloaded and /or any tractor on any of the
rts►ds within the Fair Park, unless such vehicle is on a delivery to or
fit the said park, or is engaged in work actually being done within the
park.
2. Any person, firs or corporation violating the provisions
of this OrdUence shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction in the Little Rook Munioij)al Court shall be fined in any sun
not lens than Two Dollars ($2.00) nor &ore than Twenty -Five Dollars
($25.00)0

completed roads against unnecessary wear, an emergency is hereby
and this Ordinance is found to be necessary for 't�►e
immoft tte preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, and
the same shall be in full force and effect fro& and after its passage
and approval.
