IN ORDINANCE N0. 5936 PROVIDING FOR THE OPERATION
OF BUSES INSTEAD OF STREET CARS ON THE BIDDLE LINE
OF THE CAPITAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY, PASSED
JULY 21 1940.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the word and figure "Section 2" on
the fourth line of Section 4 of said Ordinance No. 5936 as
assed on July 2, 1940, and on the third line of said Section
of said Ordinance as recorded in Ordinance Record No. 12, at
Page 187, be and is hereby corrected to read "Section 3"; and
the Capital Transportation Company shall note its consent to
such correction by signing the original or recorded copy of
this Ordinance.
