AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
STREET IlFPROVY7ENT DISTRICT NO. 545.
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of two-
thirds in assessed value of the property located within the ter-
ritory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that
an improvement district be established for the purpose hereinafter
set out.
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the.City of Little Rock has heard all parties desiring
to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was signed by
two - thirds in assessed value of the owners of real property with-
in said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property:
Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14),
Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), and Seventeen (17),
Block Seventeen (17), Adams Addition;
Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14),
Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17),
Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19(, Twenty (20),
Twenty -one (21), Twenty -two (22), Block Twenty -
four (24), Adams Addition;
Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14),
Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17),
Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20),
Twenty -one (21), and Twenty -two (22), Block
Twenty -five (25), Adams Addition;
Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14),
Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17),
Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20),
Twenty -one (21), and Twenty -two (22), Block
Thirty -two (32), Adams Addition;
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Nine (9),
Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen
(13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16),
Block Eleven (11), Sheldon's Addition;
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
T'I:°(`j.), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine
(9), Ten (10) Eleven (11), and Twelve (12),
Block Eight ($), Sheldon's Addition;
Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7),
Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11),
and Twelve (12), Block Seven (7), Sheldon's
Addition; all in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas;
for the purpose of grading, and to prepare a base and pave in
such manner and with such materials as the Commissioners to be
elected for the said improvement district shall deem to be
for the best interest of said district, and to do all neces-
sary work incidental to the completion of the improvement of
i the following streets in the City of Little Rock, to -wit:

Park Avenue from the North line of Block Seven
(7), Sheldon's Addition extended West, to the
North side of Roosevelt Road or West Twenty-
fifth (0.25th) Street; West Twenty -third (W.
23rd) and West Twenty- fourth (b. 24th) Streets
from the West line of Schiller Avenue to the
East line of Park Avenue.
Said district shall be known as Street Improvement
District No. 4 , and John E. Simms, H. C. Lanehart and
R.:, 0.. Meber are Roby' -named commissioners, who shall com-
pose the Board of Improvement for said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
