Section 2. For the ?orivilc7e of cutting the curbs as set

as is no- provided. by ordinance.
Section. It being ascertained and found by the Little
Rock City Council that-the passage of t-° --is ordinance will aid con ^..�

zenshir of the City of I:ictle Rock, an emergency is hereby de-
clared to exist and all ordinances and narts of ordinances in

ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after its
nassage and annroval.
