AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR AND EMPLOY AN ARCHITECT TO DRAW PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION.OF A SQINKING POOL AND
SATR HOUSE AND THE EQUIPM31T AND LANDSCAPING IN CONNECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS&
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for and employ an architect after
holding some appropriate examination based thereon; said
architect shall draw plans and specifications for con-
struction of a stiAming pool and bath house and the equip-
ment and landsoapiAg in connection therewith.
Section "29 The salary for the architect authorised
in Section 1 hereof shall be paid out of the funds to come
from the proceeds of swimming pool bond sale.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and offset from and after its passage and approval.
