AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR AND MACE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A SWIMMING POOL AND BATH HOUSE; TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH WATER
COMPANY FOR SETTING METER AND FURNISHING WATER TO THE PROJECT FOR
CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES; AND TO RENT CERTAIN PIECES OF MECHANICAL
EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN CONSTRUCTION OF SAIH SWIMMING POOL AND BATH
HOUSE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section I. The Board of Publie Affairs is hereby.,
authorized to advertise for and make purchases of the following
materials for the construction of a swimming pool and bath house:

Section 2. The Board of Public Affairs
is hereby
authorized th rent the following equipment for use in construction
of said swimming pool and bath houses

Section 39 The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to enter into contract with-Water Company for setting
aster and furnishing water to the project for construction purposes.
Section 4. The money authorized to be spent in Sections
1, 2 and 3 of this ordinance shall come fromthe proceeds of the
swimming pool bond sale.
