AN CR DINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF SIX 1j TON DUMP TRUCKS TO BE PURCHASED
OUT OF THE AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized to advertise for and make purchase of six l
ton dump trucks at an approximate price of Twelve Hundred
Dollars ($1200.00) for each truck.
Section 2. The purchase of the trucks author-
ized in Section 1 of this ordinance shall be made out of the
Airport Construction Fund of the City of Little Rock.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
