AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR AND PURCH °.SE ONE MOTOR BASE AND ONE TRANSI IS SION FOR
FIRE TRUCK, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS
($650-00) OUT OF THE AIRPORT, FIRE EgUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL FUND, FIRE
DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids for andpurcha.se one motor base and
one transmission for fire truck.
SECTION 2. The sum of not to exceed Six Hurd red Fifty
Dollars 0650.00) , is Yee reby appropriated out of the Airport, Fire
Equipment and Hospital Fund, Fire Department Account , in payment
for the equipment authorized in Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
