AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING OUT OF THE AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND THE S'S'M 01P TWO HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ONE DOLLARS AND 45/100 ( ;209,501945) TO BE EXPENDED IN THB PURCHASE OF CERTAIN TRACTS AND PARCELS OF LAND IN PULASKI COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENLARGING AND EXPANDING THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Svi tion `19 The sun of Two Hundred NI;Lo Thousand Fi4 '&4"4 One Dollars and 45100 ($209,501.45) is hereby appropriated out of the Airport Construction Fund for the purpose of purchasing various tracts and parcels of land hereinafter described and located in Pu- laski County, Arkansas, for the purpose of expanding and enlaring the Little Rook Municipal Airport. V. Satterfield, Jr-, Mayor of the City of Little Rook, of sufficient p000t of merchantable title in the parties named* . Section 4.
