AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT TO LEO H. GRIFFIN TO CUT THE CURB
150 FEET ON BROADWAY STREET AND 150 FEET ON WEST THIRD STREET, BOUNDING
LOTS SEVEN, EIGHT AND NINE, BLOCK ONE HUNDRED AND NINETEEN, CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, UPON THE PAYMENT OF THE USUAL PERMIT FEES THEREFOR, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
`ACTION 1. That Leo H. -GrTM --b�-granted a permit to-
the curbsone hundred and fifty 50) feet on the west side of Broadway

Street and one hundred and fifty (150) feet on the north side of
West Third Street, bounding lots 7,8, and 9, Block 119, City of
Little Rock, upon paying for such cuts, the fees as now provided by
ordinance.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after the date of its passage and approval.
