HomeMy WebLinkAbout6038ORDINANCE NO. 6038 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) OUT OF THE AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO BE PAID TO AARON CAMPBELL IN FULL PAYMENT OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT THE SAID AARON CAMPBELL MAY HAVE BY REASON OF DAMAGE TO CROPS LOCATED ON CERTAIN LANDS IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) is hereby ut of the Airport Construction Fund to be paid to Aaron Campbell n full and complete settlement and release of any and all claims which the said Aaron Campbell may now have or may hereafter have against the City of Little Rook by reason of damage to any of his crops located on the following described land situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 7, Township 1 North, Range 11 West, thence East along line between Sections 6 and 7, 1154 feet, more or less, for point of beginning; thence Rest from point of beginning thus established, 69 degrees, 38 minutes South, 2653 feet, more or less, to the center of Fourche Dam Pine; thence Bast along the center of Fourche Dam Pike 2042.6 feet, more or less, to the center of Pioron Avenue, as located on plat of In- dustrial Park Addition Annex; thence West 63 degrees, .06 minutes North, 2795.3 feet, more or less, to the center of East Tenth Street, as shown in the plat of Industrial Park Addition; thence West along the center of East Tenth Street 680.5 feet to point of beginning, containing 77 acres more or less. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue a warrant of the City of Little Rook to the party named above in the amount mentioned above in payment for the damages to the crops located.on said real property on delivery of an adequate i instrument of release by the said Aaron Campbell and on presentation of said release to J.
