AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN MATERIALS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SWIMMING POOL AND BATH HOUSE, SAID
PURCHASES TO BE MADE OUT OF THE PROCEEDS OF THE SMI MIMING POOL
BOND FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids for and make purchase of
certain materials for the construction of a swimming pool
and bath house, said purchases to be made out of the pro-
ceeds of the swimming pool bond fund. The materials to be
purchased are approxima4ej as follows:
