AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR AND EMPLOY A TESTING LABORATORY TO DESIGN
AND TEST CONCRETE MIX FOR ALL CONCRETE FOR SWIMMING POOL
AND BATH HOYSE, SAID LABORATORY TO BE PAID FOR OUT OF THE
PROCEEDS OF THE SWIMMING POOL BOYD FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1• The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for and to employ, in the manner
provided for by law, a testing laboratory, after holding
some appropriate examination and investigation, and based
thereon. Said testing laboratory shall design and test
concrete mix for all concrete used for the swimming pool
and bath house, said laboratory to be paid out of the pro-
ceeds of the swimming pool bond fund.
Section 2• This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
