AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CANOPY OR
AWNING ON THE WEST SIDE OF RINGO STREET AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF RINGO STREET AND WEST CAPI-
TOL AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.

Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owners
of the property located on the Northwest corner of the inter-
section of West Capitol Avenue and Ringo Street in the City
of Little Rock to erect a canopy or awning from the curb
line of Ringb Street to the structure now erected or here-
after remodeled located on said corner.
Section 2. The canopy or awning authorized by Section
1 of this ordinance shall be located and constructed at a
point to be agreed upon by and between the City Engineer of
Little Rock and the owners of the above described property.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
