AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTY($50.00) DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; ARKANSAS,
PAYABLE TO THE TRUSTEE OF THE MINOR HEIRS OF LAWRENCE BROVV ,
DECEASED, AS AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT TO THE SAID MINOR HEIRS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK*
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the sum of Fifty and
No /100 ($50.00) Dollars., payable to Wm.O.T.Watkins, as Trustee
for the minor heirs of Lawrence Brovin , deceased, vaho was accidentally
killed by a member of the Little Rock Police Department on August
3: 1938•
Section 2. The said sum of Fifty Dollars, appropriated out
of the revenues of the City for the year 1940, shall be paid to
the said Trustee as follows: $20.00 during the month of December,
1940, and $10.00 during each of the months of January, February and
March, in the year 1941.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
