AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,414.26 FROM VARIOUS
CONSTRUCTION FUNDS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR REPAY -
MENT TO THE GENERAL FUND OF SUDS ADVANCED FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS PROJECTS DURING THE YEAR 1940;
AND FOR 07HER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. For the purpose of reimbursing the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for
moneys advanced for the purpose of expediting the various
construction projects of the City during the year, there
is hereby appropriated the following sums from the follow-
Ing funds, to -wit:
AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND $3,139-91
AUDITORIUM CONSTRUCTION FUND 65.26
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND 68.25
FAIR PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND 140.

and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrants on said funds in
the amounts mentioned herein, payable to the City Collector
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
