AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO
ISSUE A PERhdIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENCE
ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 415 REICHARDT STREET; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Engineer of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
building permit to E. H. Johnson for the construction of a
one - family residence at 415 Reichardt Street, said permit to
be issued upon payment of the proper fee for same.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
