AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF A TWO -WAY RADIO COISIUNICATI ON
SYSTEM FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ,AND POLICE DEPARTMENT , OUT OF THE
AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL FUND., AND GENERAL FUND, RES-
PECTIVELY; AND FCR. OTHER PURPOS ES.
BE IT ORDAINED HY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ,ARKANSAS:
Section
1. The hoard

advertise for
bids for and
make purchase of a two -way radio communica-
tion system for the Fire Department and Police Department,
Section 2. The purchase authorized in Section. 1 of this ordinance
for the Fire Department is to be made out of the Airport, Fire Equipment
and Hospital Fund; and the purchase authorized for' the Police Depart-
ment is to be made out of the General Fund.
Section j. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
