AN OP.DINANCE AUTHORIZING Tls BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FON AND ME PURCHASE OF A COUPE FOR THE CITY COLLECTOR'S
OFFICE, AUTHORIZ0G TEE TRADE -IN OF AN AUTOMOBILE NOT OWNED BY THE
CITY, SAID COUPE TO BE PAID FOR OUT OF TEE AUTO FUND AND SHALL BE
USED M THE AUTO LICENSE INSPECTOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids for and make purchase of a coupe
for the City Collectcr's office. The Board of Public Affairs is
authorized to trade in an automobile now owned by the City of
Little hock on this coupe.
Section 2. The purchase authorized in Section 1
of this ordinance shall be made out of the Auto Fund.
Section 3. This coupe shall be used by the
Auto License inspector.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
