PROCEEDS OF THE AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIP14ENT AND HOSPITAL
FUND, FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT, AND/O TIT'W FIRE TEPART-
?IENT CO'TSTF'UCTION FUyD, !:; LOR OTHER PUII.POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. The T oard of Public Affairs
is hereby aut}orized to advertise for andemploy in the
manner provided by law an architect after holdinT some
appropriate examination therefor, said architect to
draw plans and specificat,inns for and supervise the
construction of the Fire station to be located at
the Northeast corner of the present State Hcslital
grounds as now located in the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. The salar:.* of the archi-
tect authorized in Section 1 hereof shall be paid out
of the proceeds of the Airport, Fire F -4 pr..ent and
Hospital Fund, ire Department cccu_.t, ^nd /nr the Fire
Department Construction Frr(4-
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and ap-
proval.
