AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND PURCHASE FOR THE USE OF THE
LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT THE TURNOUT SUITS AND HELMETS
NEEDED BY THE DEPARTIAENT,NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY(60) IN NUMBER,
SAID SUITS AND HELMETS TO BE PAID FOR OUT OF THE GENERAL REV-
ENUE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
x. Section 1. _ The Boardaf! Affairs is hereby
authorized and instructed to advertise for bids and purchase
for the use of the Little Rock Fire Department the turnout
suits and helmets needed by the Department, not to exceed
sixty (60) in number, said suits and helmets to be paid for
out of the General Revenue of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passaZ3' and approval.
