AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFF.,,IRS TO ADVERTISE FOR AND PURCHASE TWO SEDAYS
AND ONE COUPE, FULLY EQUIPPED WITH RADIO AND LEATHER UP-
HOLSTERY, THE ENTIRE PURCHASE NOT TO EXCEED THREE THOU-
SAND DOLLARS ($3000.00) IN AMOUNT, TO BE PAID FOR OUT OF
THE AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL FUND, FIRE DE-
PARTMENT ACCOUNT AND/OR THE FIRE DEPARTTT —YT CONSTRUCTION
FUND , "'1171, F CR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.%
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and instructed to advertise for and
purchase two sedans and one coupe, fully equipped with
radio and leather upholstery, the entire purchase not
to exceed Three Thousand Dollars (,,300000) in amount,
said sedans and coupe to be paid for out of the Airport,
Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund, Fire Department Ac-
count and /or the Fire Department Construction Fund.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
full fordo and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
