Section 1. The sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Five and no/100 Dollars
(4675.00) is hereby appro)rir.ted out of the Air-,ort Construction Fund
the purpose of purchasing various tracts and parcels of land here-
inafter described and located in Pulaski County, for the ;purpose of
expanding and enlarging, the Little. -ocl: I.Iunicipal A -; rport.
Section 2. The sun. of Six Hundred Sevent- -Five and no/lf)0

the amounts indicated hereafter:

Section 3. The Mayor and the City Cler'h are hereby* authorized
'to issue the warrantes of the City of Little Rock to the parties named
above in the amounts mentioned for the purchase of the described real
estate on delivery of an adequate deed of conveyance to the prenises
set out in Section 2 of this ordinance and on presentation to J. V.
Satterfield, Jr., Ilayor of the City of Little 11och, of sufficient
proof of merchantable title in the ^artier named.
Section 4. 77hereas, in view of the present defense program of
the national roverr_nent and of thy; importance of the development of
the Little Rock Municipal Airport, and, � °rhereas, the expansion of
the Little Rock Iunicipal Airport is necessary to the peace, health,
safety and well beinf of the citizens of Little Rock, Arkansas, NOW,
TI?EREFORE, an emergency is hereby declared to exist c.nd this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and ap-
proval.
