AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE
(12), BLOCK THREE (3), WEST ROCK ADDITION; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the property described as
Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), in Block Three (3),
West Rock Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereby reclassified from the present
Residential "Bn District to that of Business. "H"
District property.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420, known as the
Zoning Ordinance, of the ordinances of the City of
Little Rock is hereby amended to permit the reclassifi-
cation of the property herein described, and said
property shall hereafter be known and designated as
Business "H" District property.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
