AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY ON THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF TWENTY -FIFTH AND MAIN STREETS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That property on the Northeast corner of
Twenty -fifth and Iu.ain Streets (1,7est 95 feet of Lots 4, 5 and
e'., Block 1, Rapley Addition) heretofore classified and zoned
as Two - family "C" District property, under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re -zoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in the Tlultiple Apartment
"D" District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.

SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Yap thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amend-
ed to permit the reclassification and re- zoning of said
Northeast corner of Twenty -fifth and Fain Streets as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the 1,:ultiple Apartment "D" District.
SECTION 3. That the Council has determined at a
public hearinw held on February 3rd, 1941,a.nd it is hereby
declared that all the pre- requisites to the passage of this
ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith, and
this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from end
after its passage and approval.
