AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 6, BLOCK 9, CENTENNIAL ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Lot 6, Block 9 CenteAnial Addition to the City of
of
hereby rezoned and reclassified as "E" multiple dwelling.
Section 2. Ordinance 5420 as amended and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot 6, Block 9
Centinnial Addition to the City of Little Rock, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "E" Multiple Dwelling.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
