AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 3 BLOCK 4 WORTHENS
AND BROWN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS ALIEN DED : AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKJ
Section 1. Lot 3 Block 4 Worthens and Brown Addtion to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" One Family is hereby rezoned and
reclassified as "C "i' Two family.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 as amended and the
Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are
hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lot 3 Block 4 Worthens and Brown Addition
to the City of Little Rock, as outlined in Section 1 of
I� this Ordinance, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "C" Two Family District. y
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
eMet from and after its passage and approval.
