AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4866 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Sub — section C of Article 4,
Section 31, Paragraph 5, be and the same is hereby amended in
its entirety to read as follows:
„Buildings of all metal construction not over
one story in height and not over 400 square feet in area, used
for lunch stands, offices or merchandise display.„
Section 2. Whereas, the creation of a satis-
factory building code is essential to the safety, health and
well being of the citizens of Little Rock and, whereas, the
decreasing of fire and building hazards is likewise essential
to the peace, security and well being of the citizens of
Little Rock, NOW, THEREFORE, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
