THE SALARY FOR SAID POSITION; AND FOR OTI= PTJR1206ES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY Tir: CITY COU CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created the nosition of Secretary to be
employed in the Health De:,artmert of the City of Little Rock effective February
1, 1941, said -position to be filled in accordance with the regulations now in
effect �,overninc- the employment of nersons in said Health Department.
SECTION: 2. The salary for the position of Secretary in the Health
Department, as created herein, is hereby established and shall be paid as follows:
(a) For the first six months followin the date of employment,
which is hereby established as thqQ Q"probationary period,"
the sum of i &xk1=xper month;
(b) After the first six months or "probationary period," the
sum of (4$0.00) cktjs per
month.
SECTIONI 3. The salary as set out herein for the said position of
Secretary in the Health Department shall be paid at the same time and in the
