AN ORDI14ANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY KNOWN AS LOTS
SIXTEEN (16) SEVENTEEN (17), AND EIGHTEEN (18),
BLOCK EIGHT �8), ADAMS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK2 ARKANSAS, AMIENDING ORDINANCE NO.5420
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That property known as Lots sixteen (16),
seventeen (17), and eighteen (18), Block eight (8), Adams
addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore
classified and zoned as Residential "B" District property,
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5120, is hereby re-
zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in Two Family "C" District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
Section 2. That ordinance no. 5420 and the zoning map

thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots six-
teen (16), seventeen k17), and eighteen (18)9 Block eight (8),
Adams addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as out-
lined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the Two Family "C" District.

Section 3. That the Council has determined at a public
wring held on the day of I's- . , 1941 and
is hereby declared that all pre- requis -es o e passage
of this ordinance have been complied with in connection here-
with, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
