Section 1. That property kno.,rn as Lot 6 in Block 5,
Plunkett's Second addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
heretofore classified and zoned as Residential "B" District

property under the terms of Zoning; Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
re -zoned and re- classified and t' e say-lle is hereby' declared to be
in the "H" Business District under the terns of s4.id Zoning Ord-
finance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning -,,.lap
atta,;hed thereto and glade a part thereof are hereby ajnended• to
permit the re- classification and re- zoning of said Lot-6 in
Block 5, Plunkett's Second Addition as outlined in Section 1
hereof. Said property to be hereafter knovai and classified as t
being in the "H" Business District.
Section 3. That t' ^e Council has detervned and it is
hereby declared that all the )rerequisites to t,ie passa! e of
