SECTION 1. That the sun of $10,977.89 be, and the some
is hereby appropriated out of the 5% Sinking Dtnd for payment of
the following indebtedness of the City of Little Rook due mad
payable at the office of Nalsey, Stuart & Company, Imo., Chicago,
Illinois, on March let, 1941:
Semi - annual interest at 5% per annum

Service charges

SECTION 2. The lWa' and City Clerk are hereby autheriz-
ed to issue the City's warrants in the amounts meattoned and for
the_.purposes herein recited, and the City Clerk is authorized to
make such arrangements as are necessary for the transmittal of
these funds to Halsey, Stuart do Company, Inc. , to meet the due
date of March let, 1941 of said semi - •annual interest payment.
