AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF PARTS NECESSARY FOR REBUILDING TANDEM ASPHALT ROLLER IN THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for and make purchase of in the manner provided by law those parts necessary for rebuilding the Tandem Asphalt rollerof the Street Department at the cost not to exeeed One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1200.00)• Section 2. The purchase authorized by Section 1 of this ordinance shall be paid out of the general funds of the City of Little Rock, and the general funds shall be reimbursed with those funds obtained from the sale of crushed stone from the Ctty .Quarry to various paving districts using same.
