ORDINANCE NO. 611T.
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN PULASKI COUNTY,
AND NOW LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMOENDING ORDINANCE NUM-
BER 5420 AS AMBNDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
Section 1. The following real property located in Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, heretofore classfied and zoned "B" resi-
dential is hereby rezoned ands olassified as "J" Light Industrials- {
said 'real property being described as follows=
Part of the NE4 SE4 and * Section 32- 2N -12W, described as
beginning at a point.on the North line of Joe T. Robinson
Highway, commonl� known as the No. 10 Highway, at a point
815.2 Feet Northwest from where -the North line of said High-
way crosses the East line of the said NE4 SE-1 Section,32.
Fraai the said point of beginning run Northwest along North
line of said Highway No. 10 to the �',est line of s -:icy NE4
S Section 32, thence North on said West line of NE4 SE4,
Section 32, and of the SE 'NE4 and of the NE4 NE--e- said See-
4 32 to a point 32- Feet North of Southwest corner of
said NE4.?E4, Section 32, which point is the Southwest cor-
ner of 4 triangular tract heretofore sold to the C• R. I. &
P. railway, thence East to the right -of -way of the said C.
R. I. & P.• Railway, thence in a Southeasterly direction
along the West and South line of said right -of -way of said
1 railroad to a point on the South line of said right -of -way,
which is North 526 59l West 500.4 Feet from the East line
of said NE4 SE4 of Section 32, and thence South 290 041
West 655.3 Feet to the point of beginning, provided that
any building erected on the r6al property reclassified by
this ordinance-shall be 25 or more feet distant from the
east edge of - Cantrell•,Road•
Section 2. Ordinance 5420 as amended and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof,.are hereby amended.to
permit the reclassification and re'- zoning of the'above described
real property in the City of' Little Rock as outlined in section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being "J" Light Industrial..
Section 3. This ordinance,6hall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage-and-approval.
