ORDINANCE N0. 6118.
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT512 TO 17 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 5,
MOORE PENZEL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 SECTION 10 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
Section 1. Lots 12 to 17 inclusive, Block 5,
- iEeti�►re Bensei Addition to the City of Little Rook, -heretofore
classified and zoned as "0" Two- Family District property
under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in the !E" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 as amended and the Zoning
map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots 12 to 17
inclusive, Block 5, Moore Penzel Addition to the City of Little
Rock, as outlined in Section l hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in 1E" Apartment District.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
