Nhereas, it has been ascertained that Street Improvement District
Ho. 4W, of the City of Little 8sck, Arkansas, has suffieieat fonds on
hand, tihich, together with one -half the annual assessments levied in the
property in said district, gill enable it to meet all of its outstanding
obligations as they fall due; and
whereas, the comaissioners of the district, after ascerta8aing the
facts, have requested that the assesaw to be reduced for the remainder
of the period covered by the assessments; Now, MR 081,

Section 1. That the annual assessments of Street Improvement Dis-
trict No. 460, of the City of little Heck, Arkansas, be and the some are
hereby redn3ad by 50% for the rou ader of the period is which assessments
are levied.
Section 2. This ordinance having for its purpose the redaction of
assessments in the aforesaid district by 50%9 50% of the original assess-
ments as levied shall be collected for the year 1941 and subsequent years
unless otbsrwise provided by law.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
