AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
643 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
1363 SO AS TO PERMIT ROLLER SKAT-
ING ON SUNDAYS WITHIN CERTAIN DE-
FINED AREAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Roller skating on Sundays as
well as on the other days of the week is hereby
permitted in Fair 'ark and in the following dig�
trict: A district bounded on the south by -
Street, bounded on the East by Scott Street, boun-
ded on the north by the Arkansas River, bounded
on the west by Arch Street.
Section 2. Ordinance_. no. 643 and ordin-
anos no. 1363 are hereby amended to allow roller
skating on Sundays and the other days of the week
within the districts set out in section 1 of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
