AN ORDINANCE AUTMRIZING AND INSTRUCT-
ING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO AD-
VERTISE FOR AND PURCHASE ONE SEDAN AND
TWO COUPES, FULLY EQUIPPED WITH LEATHER
UPHOLSTERY, THE ENTIRE PURCHASE NOT TO
EXCEED TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00)
IN AMOUNT, TO BE PAID FOR OUT OF THE AIR-
PORT, FIRE EQUIP.6ENT AND HOSPITAL FUND,
FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT AND/OR THE FIRE
DMD. NT ;- CONBIRUMION- FUND, AND F'Ef3t
OTHER PURPOSES.
B% IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is here-
by authorized to advertise for and purchase one
sedan and two coupes, fully equipped with leather upholstery,
the entire purchase not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars,
($2,000.00) in amount, said sedan and coupes to be paid for out
of the Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund, Fire Depart-
ment Account and /or the Fire Department Construction Fund.
Section 2. This Ordinance repeals Ordinance 6070
and all ordinances in conflict therewith.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
