AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATIEG THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($2000.00) IN PAYMENT OF ARCHITECTIS FEES
DUE JOHN A. RAUCH, ARCHITECT, FOR SERVICES PERFORMED
IN THE DRAFTING OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF
THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 1- TUNICIPAL AIRPORT,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is indebted to John A.
Rauch for the work done in the drafting of the plans and specifica-
tions for the Administration Building, Yunicipal Airport, Little
Rock, Arkansas, in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00); and
WHEREAS, the said plans and specifications for said
Administration Building have been turned over to the City of Little
Rock;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Airport Bond Fund of the City of Little Rock, the sum of Two
Thousand Dollars 02000.00) in payment of services rendered to
date on plans and specifications for the Administration Building,
Municipal Airport, not otherwise appropriated, and the same shall
be paid to John A. Rauch upon presentation of his bill therefor.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
