AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCES NO.
5088, FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY
PROSECUTOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Section four (4) of ordinance
5088 is hereby changed and amended to read as
follows: "The salary of the City Prosecutor shall ,
be $150.00 per month payable in the same manner as
other general salaries of City Officials are paid."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after the I
day of 1941.
