Petition signed by James M. Coates in behalf of the property
owners of North Spruce Street, from "IR-" to "T" Streets,
praying for authority to pave said street at a width of
22 feet, was presented to the City Council of the Citv of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and on the same day said Council,
duly convened, granted said Petition by call of theroll,
all of which appears in Council Record Book "G" at page
163;
uhERFhs, Street Improvement District No. 550 has
been formed to complete said improvement, and this Council
has passed and approved all ordinances and resolutions
necessary to the completion of said improvement district,
including the final ordinance assessing the benefits against
the property; and
rvhMExS, the grading of the street is ready to be
commenced, and formal authority by ordinance for the width
of 22 feet is desired; now therefore,

f Section 1. That Street Improvement District No.
550 be and it is hereby authorized to pave, grade, drain,
and otherwise improve North Spruce Street, from "R" to "T"
Streets, at an overall width of 22 feet.
Section 2. That all emdinances or parts of same im
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full f ce and effect from and of r its passage.
