AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR, AND MAKE A CONTRACT FOR, THE
DEMOLITION OF THE SMOKESTACK LOCATED AT THE OLD ACID
PLANT SOUTHEAST OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIR PORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section I. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids for, and make a contract
for, the demolition of the smokestack now located on the
site of the old acid plant Southeast of the Little Rook
Municipal Air Port.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
