AN ORDUUNCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY KNOM AS LOT
BIGHTEM t18)9 BLOCK ONE (1), CHICKASAW PLACE ADDI-
TION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK9 ARIKANSAS, ADDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little
Apes s
Section 1. That property kno ri as Lot` Bighteen (16), Block
One (1), Chickasaw Place Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as Resldential "B"
District property, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the sane is hereby de-
Glared to be in Two Family "C" District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That ordinance no. 5420 and the zoning map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot. Eighteen
_ (18), Block One (1), Chickasaw PlacA Addition to the City ®#
Little Rock, Arkansas as, outlined in Section 1 hereof,'said
roperty to be hereafter knowa and classified as being in the
o Family "C" District.
Section 3. That the Council has determined at a public
earing held on the 14th day of "ri1 , 1941 and
