AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE FOR-AND MAKE PURCHASES OF SUPPLIES AND
EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN THE STREET AND STREET CLEANING
DEPARTMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
�L4CS,. ARKANSAS:
SECTION.I The Board of Public Affairs of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby authorized
to advertise for bids for and make purchase of the
following supplies and equipment:
One eleven cubic foot paddle -type heat- jacketed
asphalt mixer complete with torches, pulley and
fly- wheel, for use in the Street Department.
All necessary sweeper broom steel and other
material in sufficient quantity to insure con-
tinuous operation of City's street sweepers, not
to exceed a Aix months' supply.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
