BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CONNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
896TION 1. There is herelij Appropriated out of
the Fire Department Construction Fund the sum of $421.42 for
payment of the following item:
Nowlin Lumber Company, for lumber and other materials
furnished during the month of Marsh, 1941,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrant in the amount named to the parties mention-
ed in payment thereof.
SECTION 2. This orcainanse shall take effect and
be . in force from and after its passage and approval.
