AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DELIVERY BY COMMERQQAL BAKERIES
OF BREAD AND BAKERS' PRODUCTS ON SUNDAYS, DECLARING SUBH TO
BE A MISDEMEANOR, FIXING A PENALTY THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDXIINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTIE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. It is hereby debdared to be a.mis.demeanor
for any commercial manufacturer or bakery of bread or bread
products or baking companytto make deliveries on Sundays of
its bread or bakery products.
Section 2. On conviction in the municipal court of
violating the terms of this ordinance, any person] firm or
corporation found guilty shall be tined in a sum.of not less
than Ten Dollars ($10.00) or more than Fifty Dollars and each
delivery on Sunday shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
