AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO MRS. C. B. RENDLEMAN TO
CONSTRUCT A GARAGE - APARTMENT ON THE REAR OF PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1$00 PARK AVENUE; AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 5420; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to Mrs. C. B.
Rendleman, the owner of property located At 1800 Park Avenue
described as Lots 19 and 20, in Block 21, Greenhaw Subdivision,
Park Addition, to construct a garage - apartment on the rear of
said property, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to issue
a building permit for same upon payment of the proper fee therefdr.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420, known as the Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended as to yard requirements to permit the construction
of said building on the rear of said lot.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
