AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO TAKE
BIDS ON AND MAKE PURCHASE OF ALL NECESSARY MATERIALS FCR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE EAST ELEVENTH -EAST TENTH STREET AIRPORT
RE-- LOCATION ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ,
ARKAN SAS
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock is hereby authorized to advertise for bids on and
make purchase of all necessary materials for the construction
of the East EleventhtEast Tenth Street Airport re- location
road project according to plans and specifications now on
file in the office of the City Engineer.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
